Acceptable Use Policy For Hosted Accounts

1. Illegal activity will be reported to your isp, and your local police department.  Your account will be terminated IMMEDIATELY upon discovery, without refund, and all files turned over to the police.
2. Payment for service is due on the first of the month.  You will be given two to three months grace on outstanding balances, after which time your service will be suspended.
3. You may not resell your hosted account.
4. We reserve the right to take the server down temporarily.
5. We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice.
6. We do not provide SMTP service under any circumstances.  We do provide POP3 service as part of our packages, however outbound mail must be sent through your ISP.
7. We are not responsible for maintenance of your site.  If your site goes down, and it is not as a result of a server issue, it is not our problem.
